PlayLabz activity cards are intended for educational and recreational use under adult supervision. Users are responsible for assessing the suitability of each activity for their child’s age, abilities, and environment.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, modify, or resell any materials, in whole or in part,  without explicit written permission.

  • Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes.

  • Any unauthorised use of our materials will be subject to legal action

3. Product Usage & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our activity cards are designed for educational and entertainment purposes only.

  • All activities MUST be conducted under adult supervision.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that activities are safe, age-appropriate, and suitable for your child’s developmental stage. Always avoid using materials that may cause allergic reactions or pose safety risks.

  • Playlabz is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • PlayLabz cards are not intended to replace formal science instruction or professional advice. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for their use and agree that Playlabz is not responsible for any harm that may occur.

4. Pricing, Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Payments are processed securely via Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & AfterPay.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch physical products within 3–5 business days. Shipping and delivery times may vary based on location, courier services, ans other factors beyond our control. PlayLabz is not liable for delays outside our control.

  • We currently ship within New Zealand. 

  • Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@playlabz.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the package.

6. Returns and Refunds

Physical Products (Hardcopy Activity Cards)

  • We accept returns only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • To request a return, contact hello@playlabz.co.nz with your order details.

Digital Products (Printable Flashcards & Digital Cards)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

  • If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us for support.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that the information on our website is error-free or complete.

  • Playlabz is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our website or products.

  • By using our products, you agree that your use is at your own risk.
