Physical Products (Card Sets)
Returns:

You may return unopened and unused card sets within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details — we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Digital Products (Printable or Downloadable Cards)
Refunds:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 7 days — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
