At PlayLabz, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Physical Products (Card Sets)

Returns:

  • You may return unopened and unused card sets within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details — we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.


Digital Products (Printable or Downloadable Cards)

Refunds:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

  • If you experience technical issues or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 7 days — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
